From the moment that you reclaim a license from an invitation, it can take up to 24 to show. You can check the progress within your account.

You can check the total of used licenses on the page.

Check no other or new devices have been added to the page. It is possible a device has been re-authenticated with the newly available license.

I Can't Invite Someone

Some systems may not display these message correctly.

If the box goes red then there is an issue with the email entered. It is either:

  • An invalid email - Please see image below

  • The email is already in use and has an account - Please see image below

I Didn't Receive an Email

Please make sure:

  • You have waited at least 15 minutes since the invitation was sent.

  • Checked the spam folder and filters of the mailbox

Please note it can also sometimes take up to 24 hours for an email to reach it's destination if there is a fault somewhere in the network.
