Managing Your PCProtect Subscription

You can manage your PCProtect subscription at any time through your online portal.

To view or update your subscription details:

  • Log into your PCProtect account
  • Go to the My Subscriptions section
  • From this page, you can:

    • Download invoices for previous charges

    • Update your payment method

    • Manage billing preferences (including cancellation)

    • View information about any suspended services due to failed renewals

    Each service linked to your PCProtect account, including add-ons like SafeBrowsing (VPN) or Unlimited Devices, is managed individually and will renew separately unless cancelled. These services are automatically associated with your main account and can be accessed through your online portal.

    NOTE: If your payment method fails, our system may attempt to complete your renewal using secure tokenization and account updater tools provided by your card issuer.
